Why this guide
No single training gave Dr. Hoffman a complete way to work with the patients other practitioners couldn't help. Over three decades the search took him through functional medicine, Shoemaker's mold protocol, Klinghardt's neural therapy, Ayurveda, Lyme medicine, Chinese medicine and neurofeedback. This list is the reading he returned to most, usually with a specific patient's case in mind.
Organized by the 7 Stages
- Stage 1: the environmental body
- Stage 2: the physical body
- Stage 3: the electromagnetic body
- Stage 4: the emotional body
- Stage 5: the intellectual body
- Stage 6: the soul body
- Stage 7: the spiritual body
Each stage pairs outside books and papers with Dr. Hoffman's own articles and lectures, so you can see how the reading shows up in clinical decisions. Start with the stage where you, or the patient you're working with, feel most stuck.
