For over 30 years, I've worked with patients the medical system had given up on. Not because they stopped trying, but because the system ran out of frameworks.
I trained at the University of Cape Town, immigrated to Canada in 1986, and spent the next three decades doing what most doctors wouldn't: taking on the cases no one else wanted. The ones with ten diagnoses and no resolution. The ones who'd done functional medicine, mold remediation, peptides, stem cells, and were still sick.
Over those years, I sought out every framework I could find. IFM certification. Fellowship in anti-aging and regenerative medicine. Shoemaker's mold protocol. Klinghardt's neural therapy and family constellation work. A master's in nutrition. Ayurvedic training with Deepak Chopra. Lyme training through ILADS. A year of traditional Chinese medicine. Hellerwork. QEEG and neurofeedback. I co-authored a global consensus paper on MCAS with Dr. Lawrence Afrin.
I wasn't collecting credentials. I was trying to solve a problem.
What emerged over those decades is the 7 Stages to Health and Transformation. It isn't a protocol; it's a way of seeing. It is the synthesis of everything I've learned, tested, and revised across thousands of the most complex cases I've ever seen. I developed it over decades of work with complex chronic illness, now shared through the Seven Stages program.
I'm sharing it now because the patients who need this level of thinking deserve practitioners who have a roadmap for them. A hierarchical roadmap across every layer of the human experience, from environmental toxicity to the deepest dimensions of who a person is, so you know where to start and what to prioritize when everything seems equally important, and nothing is working.
